Non-Executive Chair

Mr Richard O’Shannassy is a commercial lawyer with over 40 years’ experience in the resources and property sectors. Mr O’Shannassy has operated his own legal practice since 1992 and has been a Non-Executive Director for numerous ASX-listed companies over the past 18 years, including Avenira Ltd (ASX: AEV), Key Petroleum Ltd (ASX: KEY) and Nkwe Platinum Ltd. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Focus Minerals Ltd (ASX:FML).

Mr O’Shannassy holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence (B.Juris) and Bachelor of Law (LL.B Hons) from the University of Western Australia.
