Nicole Stein

Community Relations Manager

Nicole Stein is a highly respected community relations and stakeholder engagement leader with more than 20 years’ experience living and working in regional and remote Western Australia, across both Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities.

She has led community engagement and Traditional Owner relations for major resource companies including Rio Tinto, BHP and Global Lithium Resources, with expertise in Native Title negotiations, cultural heritage management and First Nations consultation.

At Global Lithium, Nicole played a key role in the successful completion of Native Title Mining Agreement for the Manna Lithium Project, signed in 2025.

Nicole is recognised for building trusted, long-term relationships with Traditional Owners, local communities and government stakeholders, delivering successful community engagement strategies that align social licence and responsible project  development.
